We are aware of reports of CPSAir download issues and should be fully restored.
We strongly recommend that customers upgrade to the latest available versions of POS and CPSAir to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

We strongly recommend that customers upgrade to the latest available versions of POS and CPSAir to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
Latest update on the CPSAir versions 9/1/26:
- All version 26.x releases are now available and should be downloading successfully.
- Version 25.4.2, and 25.1.9 is also currently available.
- The versions below require additional installation steps before use:
25.3.4 - Build #84
25.2.5 - Build #99
Before installing CPSAir 25.3.4 or 25.2.5, please follow these steps: 1.Install CPSAir 25.4.2 on the iPad. 2.Configure VPN and Device Management on the iPad. 3.Restart the iPad. 4.Reinstall CPSAir 25.3.4 or 25.2.5. Important: Failure to follow the above steps may prevent CPSAir 25.3.4 and 25.2.5 from installing or operating correctly - If CPSAir is still not functioning properly, please contact Support to schedule an software upgrade to the latest supported version.

This release includes a new Auto Updater that automatically keeps all client terminals current with the latest updates. Additionally, Club Prophet Assistant is now available within Club Prophet Software, allowing you to quickly find answers to your questions.
